Abstract

Educational institutions often face significant challenges with manual academic processes, leading to inefficiencies and data inconsistencies. The traditional methods of managing student records and enrollment are labor-intensive and prone to errors. This project envisions an Automated Student Enrollment and Course Management System, a centralized digital platform designed to eliminate these drawbacks. The system is built using a robust technology stack featuring Node.js and Express.js for the backend, and MongoDB as the primary database. It features a user-friendly frontend developed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that displays interactive dashboards and forms. Key functionalities include managing student details, course information, and activity logs through a secure API-driven architecture. By streamlining the workflow, the system enhances the accuracy of student records, accelerates the enrollment process, and provides real-time insights. This scalable architecture ensures the system is flexible enough for future institutional expansion.
