This study explores the relationship between work-life balance (WLB) and employee productivity in the retail sector. Employees in fast-paced environments often face long hours, tight deadlines, and multiple responsibilities, which affect their personal lives, health, and work outcomes. The research, based on survey data from 100 employees, reveals that effective work-life balance practices—such as flexible scheduling, wellness programs, and supportive policies—are strongly associated with higher job satisfaction, reduced stress, and greater productivity. Conversely, poor work-life balance contributes to absenteeism, burnout, and decreased efficiency. The findings underscore that prioritizing employee well- being is not merely a welfare measure but a strategic driver of organizational success.
